Proactive Aging by Choice at Diabetic’s Choice provides functional and regenerative medicine services focused on optimizing health, improving vitality, and supporting long-term wellness. By opting into our messaging program, you agree to receive messages related to appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, care-related updates, and occasional promotional messages regarding services and programs.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the (941)239-2811. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
